Is bartering legal?

Yes. Purchases / sales are recorded as conventional goods exchange operations. Sales fall into your turnover and purchases are reported as investments. All trade rules, accounting and tax are kept. The selling firm sends a bill to EFFICIO of products / services sold to the acquiring entity. EFFICIO send a bill to the acquiring firm. The VAT is, every time, donated cash to the issuer of the invoice.

With EFFICIO, can we buy everything in good exchange?

You buy goods in exchange for what is available on EFFICIO’s online platform. You can also submit investment needs that are not part of our platform. If we validate your request, we’ll prospect for you.

Is there a risk for our business to intefere?

EFFICIO does not interfere your existing business but gives you more customers. The good exchange has to be seen as an opportunity to further development. Its objective is to generate additional sales and maximize your production capacity.

How are the prices of goods that are exchanged fixed?

Prices are based on market prices.

Why is trade goods a way of development for SMEs?

Small structures don’t always have financial resources internally to fund their projects. With EFFICIO, companies can invest in and maintain their liquidity.

Are good exchanges operations complicated?

Good exchange is a means of additional payment. The phase of sale or purchase is identical to the standard (quote, order, invoice, payment of VAT in cash..) Only the return changes.

Why using exchange when you need money?

You have investments to make, you do not have enough cash. EFFICIO brings you customers. The additional revenue generated by the exchange allows the funding, without liquidity, of the necessary investments that you should not have done without this exchange.

With EFFICIO, are operations necessarily fully in goods’ exchange?

No, you can sell such an operation as follows:
- 50% in exchange for goods to be credited in your exchange account
- 50% in cash

May the procedures be burdened?

No. You will receive from EFFICIO only that:
- For the commercial phase: 2 orders (one for the buyer and one for the seller)
- The administrative phase: Your Exchange account state.

For the billing, only the billing address changes (EFFICIO instead of the acquiring firm).

How do you justify the fees of 15%?
