Case studies
A media company had to invest 800.000€ in upgrading its computer system. EFFICIO financed half of this investment in return for future capacities of advertising space to be used through this media company. Of course the media company will retain a right to inspection in order to ensure that there has been no cannibalisation of its existing takings.
A hotel group was going to open ten new properties within a year.
